The Shattered Obelisk is a Dungeon & Dragons adventure released in 2023 that takes characters from level 1 through to level 12 in an adventure set primarily around the town of Phandalin on the northern Sword Coast in the Forgotten Realms.
The adventure incorporates the previous Starter Set adventure of “The Lost Mine of Phandelver” (levels 1-5) before moving onto new material involving a magical shattered obelisk, and the sinister plans of a group of mind flayers for its power.
My friends and I played through this adventure in late 2023 and early 2024 using the Roll20 conversion. Session reports and notes on how I ran it are found below.
