With the recent release of Dungeons & Dragons in its fifth edition, I’ve been writing guides as to what has changed from earlier versions of the game. The “primers” look at what the new mechanics are, with references to previous editions. The “changes from the playtest” articles look at – strangely enough – what has changed from the last set of public playtest rules (as expressed in the Interim Rules Supplement in Dead in Thay). Finally, I wrote the “look at the new classes” articles during the public playtest; much of what they talk about is the same, but some things have changed.
